Terms of Service

Welcome to Guess Football Shirt. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Guess Football Shirt mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Guess Football Shirt, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Guess Football Shirt is a mobile trivia game in which players:

View football jersey images and identify the player by spelling their name
Earn coins for correct answers, streaks, and daily login bonuses
Spend coins on in-game hints (reveal letter, reveal nationality, reveal club, shuffle tiles)
Build a collection of guessed players across themed tiers
Optionally purchase additional coins or a Pro unlock via in-app purchase

No account or internet connection is required to play. All gameplay data is stored locally on your device.

3. In-App Purchases

3.1 Virtual Currency (Coins)

Coins are a virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value
Coins can be earned through gameplay or purchased via the App Store or Google Play
Purchased coins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy
We reserve the right to modify coin pricing, earn rates, and costs at any time

3.2 Pro Unlock

The Pro Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase
It is non-transferable and tied to the purchasing platform account
Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) according to their policies

3.3 Billing

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. By making a purchase, you agree to their respective Terms of Service and billing policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to circumvent or manipulate the coin economy or game logic
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Content

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Miel3k Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Football Club and Player References

Club names, colours, and player names are used for educational and entertainment purposes
Jersey imagery in the App is original artistic work inspired by real-world kit designs
This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league, or governing body
Player names are used nominatively to identify real public figures in a factual, quiz context

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Data and Progress

All game progress, coins, and settings are stored locally on your device
We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, OS updates, or app reinstallation
Resetting progress via Settings permanently deletes all local game data. This cannot be undone.
Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored data

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Warranties that locally stored data will not be lost

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIEL3K APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of in-game progress, coins, or virtual items
Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the App or any feature at any time
Add, remove, or rebalance in-game content including players, tiers, coin costs, and earn rates
Update the App via the App Store or Google Play

We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to the App for users who violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Miel3k Apps regarding the App.
